Graphic Designer - Meta Ads

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of design aesthetics, knows what makes an ad perform and can conceptualize, design, and deliver high-converting static ad creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver visually compelling static ad creatives for Meta Ads.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to test, analyze, and optimize creatives for improved CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Work on product packaging design, ensuring it aligns with brand identity and appeals to target audiences.
  • Support the development of brand identity elements including logos, brand guidelines, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling designs across digital and print formats.
  • Stay updated with the latest design and advertising trends.
  • Ensure all deliverables maintain a consistent look and feel aligned with brand standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce/D2C or digital-first brands.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing Meta ad creatives and packaging/branding work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and how creative impacts them.
  • Ability to balance creativity with functionality and business objectives.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D packaging design.
