Visual Storyteller for eCommerce Brands

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team and help us create compelling visual campaigns for DTC brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design mobile-first, conversion-focused email campaigns and paid ads that drive results for our clients.
  • Collaborate with writers and marketers to translate briefs into strong visual layouts that capture the essence of each brand.
  • Create reusable design components and Figma templates to streamline future execution and reduce creative timelines.
  • Suggest improvements in visual hierarchy, layout, and overall aesthetic appeal.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our designs remain innovative and effective.
Qualifications:
  • 2–8 years of experience in graphic design, preferably for eCommerce brands.
  • Proficiency in Figma is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of layout, spacing, typography, and color theory.
  • Able to work independently with minimal direction and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Bonus: Experience designing for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs.
  • Bonus: Experience creating static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, or other paid platforms.
  • Even better: You prioritize performance over aesthetics and strive to create visually stunning yet functional designs.

Our office is based in Bhopal, and we require all team members to work from our premises.
