Facebook Ads Executive

We're seeking an exceptional and highly analytical Senior Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team. This full-time remote role is perfect for someone who wants to manage large-scale ad campaigns, experiment boldly, and grow with a high-performing company.

Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize large-scale ad spend on Facebook and Instagram.
- Buildd and scale full-funnel campaigns using real strategy and data-driven insights.
- Analyze CPL, CTR, ROAS, CAC, and spot trends fast using spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Test ad creatives and lead the ideas and structure with designers and video editors.
- Write compelling hooks, headlines, and ad copy that converts.
- Produce clear daily reports and be accountable for the numbers.
- Highly analytical and confident with maths, with a love for numbers and logic.
- Ability to build smart spreadsheets for tracking performance, trends, and projections.
- Eye for what makes a scroll-stopping ad creative.
- At least 1-2 years' experience running Facebook/Meta Ads with a proven track record.
- Understanding of key performance metrics like CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and how to optimise them.
