Job Title: Campus Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and operations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day campus operations, ensuring academic and administrative efficiency. They will serve as the key link between our organization, college authorities, and students, providing on-ground support and ensuring smooth delivery of programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campus Operations: Oversee and manage all aspects of campus operations, including attendance records, timetables, and schedules.
  • Student Support: Provide on-ground support for student queries, escalations, and feedback.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between college administration, faculty, students, and our organization.
  • Reporting: Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports on attendance, class schedules, and operational updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree: A degree in Management, Operations, or Education-related field.
  • Experience: 1–4 years of experience in operations, administration, or campus management (EdTech/education background preferred).
  • Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently, handle multitasking, and manage campus-level operations with a problem-solving mindset.
