Job Title: Operations Strategist

Description:

The Operations Strategist in Supply Chain Planning plays a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive supply chain consulting engagements across diverse industries and geographies.

This role focuses on developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and ensure the successful delivery of supply chain technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams across multiple projects in different locations, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Assist clients in selecting, implementing, and adopting supply chain solutions.
  • Provide functional and business process expertise on projects involving consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of account strategies and plans, leveraging team strengths.
  • Manage programs/projects involving multiple client stakeholders and vendors.
  • Advise clients on industry best practices and process benchmarks.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring high standards, project discipline, and accountability.
  • Create reusable assets to accelerate solution delivery and contribute to building the Supply Chain practice.
  • Serve as a solution architect with expertise in supply chain planning technology and domain.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong educational background from reputable engineering and management schools is required.
  • Demonstrated experience with at least three years in the supply chain planning domain, including hands-on technology exposure.
  • Proficient understanding of supply chain planning processes including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization.
  • Ability to work with various supply chain technologies; training will be provided as needed.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to handle data-intensive scenarios and analyze large amounts of data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to manage and deliver to client expectations under pressure.
  • Meticulous planning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to influence, and drive projects in a matrix management environment focusing on collaboration and results orientation.
