Job Description:

About the Role

The Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager will oversee store operations, manage performance, and ensure exceptional customer service in our locations.

  • Complete store operations, performance management, and teamwork responsibilities.
  • Maintain relevant reports to track progress.
  • Ensure planning and availability of stocks.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Deliver a mix of products and services.
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies.
  • Collect accurate and timely market intelligence and trends to enhance business.
  • Handle team reviews and briefings.
  • Ensure deliveries and adherence to store audits via the team.
  • Prioritize escalations.
  • Foster a healthy work environment.
  • Lead by example with an eye for detail.
  • Possess excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  • Have experience working in premium brands or upmarket segments.
  • Have managed a team of at least 10 members for 2-3 years.
  • Be computer savvy with expertise in Excel.
  • Have good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Possess conceptual knowledge.
  • Able to multitask and think strategically.

Qualifications

Experience: 4+ years
