Job Title: Experienced Oracle SCM Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Oracle SCM to lead large-scale implementations and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Costing modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle SCM modules including Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Costing.
  • Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
  • Configure and optimize Oracle SCM modules, including data conversions, master data setup, and functional testing.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, offshore teams, and technical developers to design, validate, and implement solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end testing cycles using Oracle OUM methodology.
  • Analyze and resolve critical production issues.

Required Skills:

  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS SCM modules: Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Costing.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle SCM configuration, data conversion, and functional testing.
  • Proven experience in large-scale Oracle EBS implementations and upgrades.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with Oracle Support on Sev-1 issues.

Desirable Skills:

  • Exposure to Cost Management, Advanced Pricing, and Supply Chain Planning modules.
  • Familiarity with cloud migration (EBS to Oracle Fusion SCM).
  • Experience with Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies and global delivery models.
