Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning and Development: Identify, design, deliver, and manage customer service and behavioral training programs to enhance employee performance.
  • Training Delivery: Engage participants, create a learning culture, and inspire employees to see value in organic programs.
  • Training Effectiveness Measurement: Implement a robust feedback mechanism to evaluate training effectiveness, including 360-degree assessments and patient feedback.

  • Organisation Development: Assist with initiatives to foster a high-performance culture, support specific people development initiatives, and identify organizational improvement opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
