At Expertia AI, we are seeking a talented Associate Regional Manager - Sales who will lead our Regional Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our business goals
2. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
3. Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
4. Establish relationships with key stakeholders and partners
5. Monitor and report on sales performance and revenue growth
Requirements:A successful candidate will have:
A degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience in managing sales teams and driving revenue growth
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
Location: Gurgaon (preferably)
Salary: ₹22 LPA to ₹24 LPA
