Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of our Mobile Banking project.

Key Qualifications
  • At least 12 years of experience in banking, fintech, and IT sectors with at least 4 years of exposure to mobile banking & internet banking projects/programs and 3 years of banking sector experience.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and mobile app release mechanisms.
  • Deep expertise in Scrum and Agile frameworks, including PMP, Scrum, and Prince 2 certifications.
  • Knowledge of banking products, digital channels (especially mobile and internet banking) and services.
  • Ability to understand application architecture.
  • Hands-on experience as a Project Manager, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Practical exposure to DevOps (CICD) and cloud/microservices-based projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of the Mobile Banking project, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Manage project activities, including meetings, documentation, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely and quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with bank regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and change management activities across departments.
  • Arrange and oversee training sessions for staff and end-users.
  • Deliver regular project updates and presentations to senior management and steering committees.
