Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to optimize campaign targeting and messaging.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven 4+ years of work experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts, channels, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other programmatic platforms.
- Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and measure campaign performance.
