As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Performance Marketing Expert to drive data-driven growth and enhance our digital presence.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Expert to strategize, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other paid media channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategies: Drive sales and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Manage and Optimize Paid Advertising Campaigns: Across Meta, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Analyze Data and Optimize Campaigns: Continuously track key performance indicators (KPIs) and improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct testing on creatives, ad copies, and targeting strategies.
  • Budget Allocation and Cost-Effectiveness: Monitor budget allocation and ensure cost-effectiveness of marketing spends.
  • Collaboration and Creativity: Work with the design team to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Staying Updated: Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Campaign Performance Reporting: Report campaign performance and insights to the management team regularly.
Requirements:
  • Performance Marketing Experience: 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing for e-commerce brands.
  • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Campaign Setup and Targeting: Hands-on experience with campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
  • Data Interpretation: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data interpretation.
  • Tools and Technologies: Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking.
  • Additional Skills: Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and retention marketing is a plus.
  • Teamwork and Ownership: Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-house environment and take ownership of performance marketing efforts.
