Job Title: Brand/Client Servicing Executive

Aurakomms Media Pictures Pvt. Ltd., a creative agency in India, offers advertising, branding strategy, creative communication, and digital marketing services to meet the demands of the advertising world.

The company has two divisions - AuraKomms and AuraShots. AuraKomms has a team of professionals who specialize in advertising, event management, and digital marketing, while AuraShots is a stock photo e-commerce portal with a vast collection of classic Indian images.

This role is responsible for managing client accounts and relationships, creating presentations, providing customer service, and account management.

  • Managing key client accounts, taking ownership of deliverables through interaction with clients and the creative team.
  • Coordinating and quality-controlling projects like campaigns and content creation assets as per agreed timelines.
  • Receiving client briefings, analyzing client input together with background knowledge, research, field feedback, etc.
  • Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for both AuraKomms & AuraShots.
  • Managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) with engaging content and regular updates.
  • Running and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
Required Skills:

Experience in Client Services, Client Relations, Digital Marketing, and Account Management skills are required.
