Inventory Management & Accounting Intern

Are you an ambitious accounting professional seeking to develop your skills in inventory management and financial analysis?

We are looking for a highly motivated CMA (ICWA) Intermediate student or a recent graduate with strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of Inventory & Cost Accounting and will be able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Support inventory management processes by ensuring accurate stock recording and reconciliation.
  • Assist in investor relations documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Work with the accounts team on day-to-day accounting and compliance activities.
  • Prepare MIS reports and provide analytical insights to support business decisions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real-time inventory systems and investor relations, while developing your accounting skills in a dynamic retail business environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
  2. Monitor and analyze inventory turnover rates, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement effective inventory management processes to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  4. Prepare detailed reports on inventory performance, including metrics on stock levels, turnover rates, and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Inventory & Cost Accounting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
