Filtration Specialist

The quality engineer responsible for ensuring raw materials received meet defined standards, and monitoring production processes to maintain compliance. This role demands hands-on inspection, problem-solving, coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure zero-defect output and continuous improvement in quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and verify incoming raw materials, components, and parts against specifications and purchase orders.
• Prepare inspection reports and escalate any deviations found.
• Participate in First Article Inspections (FAI) and sample approval processes.

In-Process Quality Control:

• Conduct in-process quality checks across production stages to ensure products meet specifications.
• Identify real-time defects or process deviations and initiate immediate corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to quality checkpoints and control plans on the shop floor.

Coordination & Problem Solving:

• Collaborate with production supervisors and operators for smooth implementation of quality standards.
• Lead or support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) for defects or non-conformities.
• Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Documentation & Tools:

• Maintain comprehensive inspection records, report, and change logs.
• Ensure all inspection tools and gauges are calibrated and used correctly.
• Support internal and external audits with traceable documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of quality inspection methods, gauging techniques, and measurement tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Preferred Industry Background:Automobile / Auto Components Engineering / Fabrication / Manufacturing setups with strong QC procedures
