Proposal Engineer Role

About the Position:
  • This position plays a crucial part in addressing complex process-related challenges and supporting our mission to provide world-class solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience with industrial filtration products and processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for filtration products and processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project timelines.
  • Acquire knowledge of technical parameters related to pressure vessels and filtration systems.
  • Design and size filters to meet specific application requirements.
  • Utilize ASME calculations (preferred).
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and provide technical expertise for customer engagements and solution development.
  • Prepare quotations in response to customer inquiries and sales team requests.
  • Oversee after-sales service initiatives, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of filtration systems.
  • Provide product and application training to internal sales teams, accompanying them on customer visits to facilitate technical discussions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
