We offer a wide range of products, including gypsum board, cement board, and metal profiles for concealed suspension ceiling & T-Grid systems.

  • Provide direct remote administrative support to the Managing Partner, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks.
  • Manage correspondence, including drafting, reviewing, and responding to emails and official communications.
  • Organize and maintain the Managing Partner's digital calendar, schedule virtual meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes during online meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, and confidential documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as directed by the Managing Partner.
  • Conduct online research, prepare summaries, and provide timely updates on business matters.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of all company data within remote office and software systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).

3+ years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant (remote experience preferred).

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.

Demonstrated ability to manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare professional correspondence and reports.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.).

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
