Talent Acquisition Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Director to join our team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a strategic and results-driven leader to drive talent acquisition efforts across multiple locations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a high-performing team of talent acquisition professionals, driving forward-thinking TA strategies and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement enterprise-wide strategic priorities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans, leveraging deep knowledge of sourcing approaches and recruiting skills.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment operations.
  • Drive technology enhancements and innovation, maximizing output from existing platforms.
  • Continuously monitor recruiter metrics and key data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead the development of advanced sourcing strategies, training, and mentoring the team to create innovative techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and workforce trends, translating them into proactive recruiting strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in professional services and global organizations.
  • At least 8 years of people management experience, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience with recruiting technologies, programs, and life cycles, as well as leadership succession planning.
  • Demonstrated analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
