We're Hiring: Clinical Data SME Leader at Integra Connect

Are you passionate about advancing healthcare through data-driven solutions? Join Integra Connect—a leader in cloud-based technologies and services empowering specialty groups to thrive in value-based care models.

We are looking for a Clinical Data SME Leader with a minimum of 4 years of overall relevant experience who can join us immediately

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid work model)

What You'll Do:

- Analyze and standardize clinical data for quality and consistency
- Define and implement quality assurance checks
- Develop documentation and training to promote best practices
- Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITECH) in clinical data management

What We're Looking For:

- Educational background must be MSc Nursing or a clinical background such as Pharm D or MPharm
- Minimum 4 years' overall relevant experience (oncology experience is a strong advantage)
- Oncology knowledge is mandatory for this position (familiarity with oncology therapeutic regimens such as NCCN and ASCO guidelines is required)
- Experience with clinical data models (OMOP, CDM) and modifying standards for diverse use cases
- Strong collaboration skills in global, cross-functional teams
- SQL proficiency is a plus
