Job Opportunity
- A highly organized and communicative individual is required to manage daily tasks, workloads, and ensure all reservations, enquiries, and special requests are accurately processed and confirmed in line with company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with 2-3 years of experience in Hotel Management or a related field.
- This role involves handling daily tasks, workloads, and ensuring all reservations, enquiries, and special requests are accurately processed and confirmed in line with company policies.
- You will be responsible for educating guests and key prospects on hotel philosophy and wellness offerings while addressing their individual needs.
- Maintain a high level of communication with the Front Office, Sales, and Wellness team, as well as build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat visits and cultivate new guest relationships to foster loyalty.
- Assist guests with reservation bookings via phone and email, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained in the Property Management System (PMS) & CRM.
- Proactively follow up and engage with guests throughout their journey at the hotel to enhance their overall experience.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes of work during peak periods.
- Effective in identifying, analyzing and solving problems.
- Able to adopt a creative approach to generate and close business opportunities.
