Job Title:

Head of Technology Transformation

Lead the transformation of technology delivery efforts with expertise in financial markets domain and a proven track record in delivering large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of Treasury & Markets technology initiatives across global teams.
  • Drive planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder reporting for multi-million-dollar programs.
  • Govern multiple agile teams across engineering, QA, DevOps, and data streams.
  • Ensure delivery excellence in resiliency, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.

Hands-on Program Management:

  • Stay deeply involved in execution — architecture reviews, dependency management, release planning, cutover management.
  • Drive modernization of legacy Treasury & Markets platforms (monolith-to-microservices, cloud migration, data streaming).
  • Implement best practices in Agile/Scaled Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native delivery.

Technical Expertise:

  • 15+ years of experience in software delivery for BFSI, with at least 7–10 years in capital markets / treasury systems.
  • Strong track record as Delivery Director / Head of Delivery / Program Director in Sell-side / Buy-side / Treasury tech.
  • Deep expertise in delivery of mission-critical systems: Treasury, ALM, Risk, MM, FX, Fixed Income, Funding, or Investment Platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with modernization projects: microservices, APIs, cloud-native, containers (Kubernetes/Docker), real-time data pipelines (Kafka/Pulsar).
  • Solid grounding in engineering + solutioning.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering and use of AI for delivery productivity.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Strong global stakeholder management (Front Office, Treasury, Risk, Finance, and Operations).
  • Build, scale, and manage high-performing delivery teams.
  • Partner with business sponsors and regulators to align delivery with business outcomes.
