Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Head to lead our Plant Engineering Business Unit. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in engineering project management, operations delivery, and plant engineering processes.

The successful incumbent will oversee the successful delivery of engineering services and solutions, ensuring timely and cost-effective results while maintaining high-quality standards.

This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage a team of engineers and ensure seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the delivery of plant engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring effective resource allocation and task management.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure all engineering processes and deliverables meet required quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven working experience in a Leadership Role in a Plant Engineering Services organization.
  • Strong multidisciplinary knowledge, especially in Process, Piping, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities.
