Job Description

The Associate Director will spearhead strategic projects, new product introductions, and lifecycle management to drive site operational excellence and future growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, project management, engineering, or related sectors in regulated industries.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven track record in leading large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools.
