As a specialist in cloud contract management, you will play a key role in delivering world-class digital transformation services to leading companies across various industries. This involves managing service and supplier contract agreements, including configurable service packages, renewals, flexible billing, and entitlement processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and configure cloud contract management modules (contract templates, workflows, and integrations) to optimize business performance.
  • Implement Oracle Project Costing, Project Contracts, and Project Billing modules to streamline project execution and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support the integration of PaaS and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions to enhance data exchange and reduce complexities.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in cloud contract management, with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and drive results-oriented solutions.
  • The ability to work in rotational shifts and provide weekend on-call support to meet the needs of our clients.
