High-Performance ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM Solutions ExpertWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow SPM Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions on the ITSM/ITOM modules using best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design effective solutions.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and improving core and custom applications, as well as developing reports and dashboards using ServiceNow functionality. Additionally, you should be proficient in scripting and automation within SPM modules using JavaScript and Glide APIs, and familiar with REST/SOAP APIs for integrating SPM with external systems.In this position, you will:
  • Take ownership of complex business requirements and drive them to completion.
  • Manage incident queues and work on remediation to completion.
  • Collaborate with the ServiceNow functional team and external development partners to build requested items.
You will also have the opportunity to:
  • Develop reports and dashboards using core ServiceNow functionality.
  • Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
The successful candidate will have:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles and Agile methodologies.
Bonus points if you have experience with:
  • Service Portal and UI Builder for customizing user interfaces.
  • Flow Designer and Workflow Editor for automating SPM processes.
  • Platform Analytics for building dashboards and reports.
  • Certified in SPM Implementer Certification, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Agile Implementer Certification.
