- Training & Development:
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the ISR team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.
- CRM Management & Reporting:
- Ensure the CRM system is accurately maintained with up-to-date information on customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on team performance, sales forecasts, and target achievement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in an inside sales environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct virtual and physical meetings with customers.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
