Highly Skilled SRE Wanted

As a key member of our technical team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our services. We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer who can design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop SLAs: Define Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for services within the organization.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with functional and technical teams to provide high-quality services. Involve in the whole process of development, production system operation, including system maintenance, monitoring, automation, backend operation, ensuring high availability, regular application release, troubleshooting, middleware performance tuning.
  • Automation and Innovation: Propose, implement automation to increase productivity and quality using technologies like Ansible, Chef etc. Always improve the system performance, reliability.
  • Service Ownership: Have a service ownership mindset and proactively react to production issues. Propose new technologies, tools to improve the whole process of development, testing, and production operations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, project managers, team leads, security, and QA team members across different locations.
Requirements:
  • Must-have Experience:
  • Over 8 years of experience in SRE handling high traffic production systems independently, troubleshooting (middleware, infrastructure), automation, regular operation etc.
  • Implement Site Reliability Engineering principles regarding performance, reliability, monitoring, alerting in Production environment.
  • Experience in managing large-scale services and designing public cloud infrastructures (e.g., GCP, Azure).
  • Good knowledge of CI/CD/CT pipelines using tools like Jenkins/Bamboo and VCS such as GIT/SVN.
  • Strong knowledge of LINUX based system operation and extensive skills in Linux commands.
  • Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux/Shell/Python scripting and automation/configuration management (e.g., Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Ansible).
  • Experience in developing and operating systems like Kubernetes, Nginx, ELK stack, Hadoop, etc.
