Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Chief Data Infrastructure Specialist to design and develop scalable data pipelines and ETL processes that support downstream analytics and AI applications.

About the Role

  • Design and develop efficient data pipelines and ETL processes to support data-driven decision making and strategic business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ML Engineers, to integrate data solutions into machine learning models and workflows.
  • Dive deep into clients' data requirements to deliver tailored data solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality, integrity, and security across all projects.
  • Optimize and manage cloud-based data storage solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.
  • Utilize Databricks for data processing and analytics tasks, harnessing its capabilities to enhance data workflows.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of data pipelines, identifying bottlenecks or failures and implementing improvements to boost efficiency and reliability.
  • Promote best practices in data engineering, including documentation, testing, and version control.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues in a timely manner.

Key Requirements

  • Experience designing and developing scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Proficiency in data engineering tools and technologies, including Databricks.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to dive deep into clients' data requirements to deliver tailored data solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues.
