Project Leader

This is a key role in our organization, responsible for the end-to-end execution of projects from conceptualization to completion.

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery, within budget and meeting quality standards.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams including land acquisition, engineering, procurement, logistics, and construction for seamless implementation.
  • Monitor project milestones, proactively identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies.
Site Coordination and Monitoring

Frequent on-site visits to monitor progress, contractor performance, and quality.

  • Address site-level challenges such as terrain issues, access roads, equipment movement, and local clearances.
  • E nsure adherence to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards during project execution.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management

Interface with turbine suppliers, EPC contractors, civil, and electrical vendors for timely delivery and installation.

  • E nsure project deliverables from vendors and contractors meet contractual and technical specifications.
  • Resolve site-level conflicts and escalate bottlenecks in a structured manner.
MIS and Reporting

Track and report project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including schedule, cost, manpower, and equipment utilization.

  • Prepare regular updates and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support audit, compliance, and documentation as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil).
  • A minimum of 18 years of experience in project execution, with at least 10 years in Wind energy.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale wind projects across multiple locations.
  • Proven leadership in managing multi-site teams, vendors, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Willin gness to travel extensively and spend time at sites as per project requirements.
  • Knowledge of land acquisition processes and government approvals is an added advantage.
