Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Jewellery Consultant.

Job Description

  • To work in front-end retail operations and handle customer queries and grievances with efficiency.

  • To have experience in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from a reputed university/college

  • Excellent spoken & written communication skills in English & regional language

  • Good knowledge of Point of Sale' system (POS)/ERP/SAP

  • Excellent in Excel / spreadsheet

  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in front-end retail operations as Asst. Manager/Store Manager

Skills

  • Communication skills for effective customer service and grievance handling

  • Selling skills with passion to sell jewellery

  • Jewellery knowledge - Gold, Diamond, Platinum and Silver

  • MS Office & proficiency in excel

  • MIS Reporting
