As a Design Head, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the creative development of jewellery collections. This involves ensuring that designs meet market trends and customer preferences. You will lead the design team to create unique and market-relevant jewellery collections, coordinate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with manufacturing capabilities, analyse market trends and customer preferences to guide the design process, present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for approval, maintain high-quality standards across all design outputs, collaborate with marketing teams to create cohesive branding and product alignment, and provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers in the team.

  • A degree in jewellery design, fine arts, or a related field;">
  • At least 10 years of experience working in a design role with leadership experience;">
  • Experience working with leading international jewellery brands;">
  • Extensive experience in jewellery design, particularly in the retail jewellery industry;">
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software and other design tools;">
  • An understanding of materials, gemstones, and manufacturing processes;">
  • A creative mindset with the ability to align designs with market demands;">
  • Proven leadership skills to manage and inspire a team effectively.">
