Background Verification Specialist

This is a role for highly organized individuals who can manage onboarding documentation, coordinate with agencies, and ensure timely background verification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage candidate data and documents in a secure manner.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to expedite background checks.
  • Utilize VMS and Beeline tools to streamline the process.
  • Establish new client accounts and complete onboarding activities efficiently.
  • Follow up with candidates and agencies to resolve any issues or delays.
  • Presentation of findings and audit requirements during client calls.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, Onboarding, or Background Verification.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
