We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele Counsellor to join our team at Vatatree Consulting. As a Tele Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective parents, answering their inquiries, and guiding them through the admissions process for our CBSE schools.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective parents to provide information about Crimson Schools and its unique selling points.
- Answer inbound inquiries about admissions and motivate parents to secure admissions in Crimson school.
- Set appointments for school visits and coordinate with campus counsellors to ensure parents have a great experience and meaningful interactions with the school's academic team.
- Collect documents from parents to support the admission process.
- Prepare and share daily and weekly calling reports, appointment schedules, and conversion-related records with management.
- Maintain and update all databases of potential parents on CRM.
- Stay updated with the latest information on school initiatives and events to apprise prospective parents.
- Attend marketing events to support school counsellors and sales head to generate leads and create a positive experience for potential clients (parents and children).
- A bachelor's degree or higher.
- Previous experience in telecounselling for any educational institute is desired.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over call.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling tools.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full-time
Work Schedule:- Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
