Meet the cornerstone of our retail operation, a dynamic Retail Store Manager and Service Advisor. This pivotal role plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our stores.
Key Responsibilities:- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing friendly and professional interactions with customers visiting the store for article drop-off and collection.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment is also a key aspect of this role, ensuring it meets our high standards.
- Inventory management, including logging items and ensuring stock availability, is also a vital responsibility.
- Daily cash collection and preparing end-of-day financial summaries with accuracy are also key tasks.
- Effective communication with customers regarding the collection of completed orders is essential.
- Resolving customer concerns or grievances politely and confidently, while ensuring customer satisfaction, is also a key responsibility.
- Close collaboration with the backend operations team to ensure smooth processing of articles and resolve any logistical issues is required.
- Prior experience in luxury retail, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, enabling confident engagement with customers, are essential.
- A polite, hospitable, and solution-oriented approach to customer service is critical.
- Basic understanding of managing cash transactions and maintaining financial records is necessary.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is also required.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards resolving customer issues and ensuring smooth store operations is essential.
- Good knowledge of inventory management systems
