About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Invoice Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices to customers, meeting delivery timelines, and ensuring all supporting documents are in place.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating submission logs, and working closely with the payroll and invoicing team to accelerate the invoice submission process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers
  • Meet delivery timelines
  • Enter invoices into customer invoicing websites
  • Submit invoices by electronic data interchange
  • Understand key areas of invoicing specific to customers
  • Check each field on the invoices before submission
  • Maintain accurate records and update submission logs
