  • Pursue pre-onboarding calls with our founder to discuss QA service packages.
  • Present Quntic's services with confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
  • Manage outreach efforts across various channels to develop a qualified sales pipeline.

This is not a quick-win sales position. We seek driven professionals who understand client acquisition and value long-term business relationships.

High performers will have long-term earning potential and the chance to grow with us as the role expands.

Requirements

We require individuals with:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build trusted client relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional, client-facing tone).
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
  • Familiarity with the software/technology sectors (preferred but not essential).
Compensation

This is a commission-only role, with starting rates at 10% of closed deals and opportunities for higher tiers based on performance.

Payouts are released once we receive client funds, ensuring a clear and transparent process.

The freelance contract is for 6 months, with renewal opportunities for high performers.
