Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Engineering Leader to spearhead and manage various hardware and software engineering projects within the organisation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product architecture and requirements.
  • Ensure alignment across technical disciplines.
  • Drive integration readiness for each product milestone.
  • Lead the design and implementation of the hardware & software engineering function.
  • Develop and implement effective engineering processes, governance standards, tools, and templates.
  • Promote efficient use of development, testing, tracking, and communication tools.
  • Support prioritisation and assignment of engineering work.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, issues, and risks.
  • Manage technical documentation, design reviews, and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Track and manage product milestones, activities, tasks, and changes.
Requirements:
  • Strong problem-solving and resolution skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • 12+ years of experience in hardware and software product development, with significant leadership exposure.
  • Hands-on experience with SolidWorks for mechanical design.
  • Background in both mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines.
  • Strong process improvement and governance expertise.
  • Experience managing stakeholders in a global environment.
