Job Opportunity:

Our dairy processing facility in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Senior Dairy Operations Expert to lead the establishment, commissioning, and smooth running of our plant. This senior expert will bring expertise in dairy industry operations, plant setup, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day management of milk procurement, processing, and distribution.

  • Provide strategic guidance on setting up a new dairy processing center – from design to commissioning.
  • Define and implement standard operating procedures for milk procurement, chilling, pasteurization, homogenization, packaging, and quality assurance.
  • Oversee equipment selection, installation, and process optimization in coordination with technical teams and vendors.
  • Set up supply chain and distribution processes for efficient milk and dairy product delivery.
  • Train and mentor staff on best practices in dairy plant operations.
  • Provide expertise in ERP integration for procurement, processing, sales, and finance modules.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor plant efficiency, yield, and quality.
  • Advise management on new product development and diversification opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between management, technical consultants, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Dairy Processing, Operations, or Plant Management.
  • A proven track record of establishing or managing dairy processing plants (medium to large scale).
  • Strong knowledge of milk procurement systems, processing technologies, quality control, and dairy product lines.
