Job Role
This role involves overseeing production and post-production processes, ensuring timely project delivery within budget constraints. Key responsibilities include managing client expectations, coordinating with internal teams, sourcing high-quality production partners, and developing integrated solutions.
Key Objectives
- Ensure creative vision is maintained throughout production and post-production
- Sourcing directors, crew, and cast for projects
- Take ownership of productions from initial brief to final delivery
- Work closely with clients to define campaign scope, estimates, and schedules
- Efficiently schedule and allocate internal resources
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop integrated solutions
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, Creative, Account Management, and Production teams
- Develop accurate post-production budgets and ensure all stakeholders are aware of budget constraints
- Monitor budget allocation, negotiate extensions or additional costs, and report essential information
- Supervise the production and post-production process, addressing any issues related to deadlines, live dates, and editing time
- Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering their growth and development
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in managing shoot production and post-production in a Creative Agency
- Ability to manage a heavy workload under pressure by effectively prioritizing, planning, and overseeing multiple tasks
- Drive efficiency and creative excellence
- Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Good understanding of current trends and events in new media and technology
- Previous experience in Resource and Production services sourcing
- Knowledge of aspect ratios and how to shoot for various deliverables and CGI pack replacements
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to refine key skills for running a business
- Positive, can-do outlook and ability to leverage past experience to provide the best solution for each project
- Willingness to share experience and collaborate with global network of colleagues
- Ability to persuade and negotiate to reach the best possible outcome for both the Agency and its clients
