Job Title: Renewable Energy Support Associate

 

As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to installation companies and customers while working closely with sales, design, and customer service teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer high-level technical assistance to installation companies/customers/manufacturers (troubleshooting, problem resolution, RMA's).
  • Handle all technical calls/emails and log them accordingly.
  • Perform quality checks during installations and collect feedback from installers.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and prioritize customer service/maintenance requests.
  • Escalate critical issues to the Construction Manager as needed.
  • Monitor post-installation smart meter applications.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the solar industry or education in renewable energy is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills are necessary for success.
  • Engineering/Technical Support/Service Engineer background is essential.
  • Knowledge of solar, battery systems, and electrical diagrams is required.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools & MS Office is expected.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, self-motivation, and flexibility with work hours are crucial.
