Lead Solar PV System Designer

We are seeking a Lead Solar PV System Designer to design and develop rooftop solar PV systems. This involves conducting site assessments, performing electrical calculations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed designs for rooftop solar PV systems using AutoCAD, Sketchup, Helioscope, or similar tools.
  • Evaluate site suitability for structural feasibility and electrical integration.
  • Analyze shadows, perform electrical calculations, and estimate energy yields.
  • Select suitable modules, inverters, and balance of system components based on project requirements.
  • Develop Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), layouts, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) while adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Collaboration and Support:
  • Assist the business development team in technical discussions with clients regarding solar PV system designs.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, feasibility reports, and project presentations related to solar PV system installations.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support and site feasibility reports to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the procurement, project management, and execution teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Qualifications: Must have experience with PVsyst, Sketchup, AutoCAD and exposure to Indian Solar sites in Commercial and Industrial as well as Residential sectors
