Job Title: Digital Strategist – New Business Pitches

Role Overview:

  • A key player in our new business pitch team is required to deliver impactful digital strategies, craft compelling pitch decks, and present effectively to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting innovative digital-first strategies tailored to client goals and industry trends through thorough research and analysis.
  • Bridging gaps between teams (creative, media, tech) to create cohesive campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences.
  • Developing high-impact pitch decks from narrative flow and strategic insight to visual storytelling and design coordination.
  • Presenting strategies and ideas confidently to prospective clients independently or alongside senior leadership.
  • Analyzing competitors, industry trends, audience behavior, and digital innovations to inform pitches.
  • Collaborating closely with the new business, creative, media, and planning teams to build robust proposals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Detailed understanding of digital platforms, consumer behavior, and marketing trends.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills – both written and verbal.
  • Experience in crafting and delivering client-facing pitch presentations.
  • Ability to synthesize data, insights, and creative thinking into compelling strategies.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint / Keynote; familiarity with design tools is beneficial.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pitches and deadlines.

  • Have experience working on high-stakes pitches or RFPs.
  • Can think both creatively and analytically.
  • Have a portfolio of past pitch work or strategic decks.
