Job Summary:

  • This role is responsible for overseeing the production process to ensure it meets plan requirements.

About the Role:

  • As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing resources, including manpower, machinery, materials, and finances.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include timely completion of production, quality control, and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and productivity.
  2. Manage inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods.
  3. Monitor production progress and make adjustments as needed.
  4. Implement quality control measures to meet company standards.
  5. Enforce safety policies and procedures to minimize accidents and injuries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-15 years of experience in freight car business and wagon manufacturing business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of production processes, including welding, assembly, and testing.
