About this role:

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Legal Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and finalizing proposals, content licensing agreements, master services agreements, service contracts, telemarketing and telco agreements, advertising sales agreements, non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent, and other business arrangements with vendors and partners.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a related field and a deep understanding of information technology and internet laws, copyright law, trademarks, data privacy, and consumer protection.

The Legal Manager will work closely with the business teams to ensure that all legal aspects of our operations are properly addressed. This includes advising on contract negotiations, reviewing and revising agreements, and providing guidance on regulatory compliance.
