Position Overview:

  • Develop and manage an extensive database of social media influencers across various categories in India, covering platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and others.
  • Establish and foster relationships with existing and new influencers to drive successful collaborations.
  • Negotiate with influencers for commercial opportunities that align with business goals.
  • Prepare detailed campaign reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Cultivate a thorough understanding of the market and coordinate expectations regarding quality and timely delivery from both influencers and internal teams.
  • Build a comprehensive database of top influencers across categories in India.
  • Effectively plan and execute campaigns that meet business objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with outstanding presentation-making abilities.
  • Strong digital-first approach, with a passion for internet and digital media.
  • Experience in a similar role within an agency for 6 months to 1 year.
  • Able to decipher trends and analytics from data.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering successful results.
