Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Ad Operations Lead to join our team. This role will involve guiding a team in setting up and executing digital media campaigns using ad servers like Google Campaign Manager 360, Ad Form, Flashtalking etc.

This position requires a strong understanding of ad serving technology tools and campaign management workflows as well as excellent analytical skills and ability to solve problems.

  • Set up and execute digital media campaigns
  • Maintain quality framework for team work
  • Monitor day-to-day operations and identify potential gaps in process
  • Troubleshoot campaign tracking issues across platforms / Ad-tech
  • Determine training requirements for smooth account/project transition
  • Assess team concerns and provide insights to minimize risks
  • Communicate technical information effectively with internal and onshore partners

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A full-time graduate degree
  • 5-7 years of experience managing digital media campaigns
  • Extensive knowledge of ad serving technology tools and campaign management workflows
  • Solid understanding of third-party tag specifications and ad verification tools
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and subject matter expertise
