Visual Communication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communication Specialist to join our digital creative team. With 1-3 years of experience, you will work on creating visually compelling assets for digital campaigns, social media, short-form videos, and more.

About the Role

As a Visual Communication Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to design static and motion graphics for digital platforms. You will collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and brand teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.

  • Design static and motion graphics for digital platforms (social media, banners, reels, YouTube, etc.)
  • Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and brand teams to bring integrated campaigns to life
  • Ensure brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity are consistently maintained
  • Contribute to ideation sessions with visual storytelling insights and creative solutions
  • Stay up to date with digital aesthetics, platform-specific formats, and design trends
  • Be agile with feedback, while maintaining design quality and originality

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a creative agency or digital-first brand setup
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals, digital know-how, and creative range
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro is a bonus)
  • Ability to work on multiple briefs simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Strong understanding of social media design formats (especially Instagram, YouTube, )
  • Basic motion design skills or an interest in learning is a big plus
  • Knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages (from a design/typography standpoint) is a bonus
