Customer Growth Marketing Director

Our organization is seeking a Customer Growth Marketing Director to develop and execute strategies for expanding our presence within existing customer bases.

This role requires close collaboration with the Customer Success team to identify whitespace opportunities, prioritize strategic accounts, and create marketing programs that effectively address evolving customer needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for building awareness and demand for additional solutions, driving cross-sell and upsell revenue growth.

  • Develop account-scoring models to surface high-potential opportunities for cross-sell/upsell marketing.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on customer QBR insights to inform tailored marketing campaigns.
  • Drive peer-to-peer engagement through case studies, customer roundtables, and analyst briefs.
  • Launch targeted LinkedIn, email, and search campaigns highlighting pain points that can be solved by additional modules or solutions.
  • Employ ABM best practices to tailor strategies for specific accounts or verticals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and refine tactics based on user engagement and pipeline progression.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in customer marketing, growth marketing, or account-based marketing.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and analytics (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience driving multi-channel programs targeting existing customers with relevant solutions.
  • Knowledge of ABM approaches to tailor strategies for specific accounts or verticals.
