Data Access Manager

Key responsibilities of this role include managing day-to-day operations for Identity & Access Management – Data Services function by ensuring native User data is aggregated to Onecert.
This involves performing monitoring activities to ensure data quality and monthly metrics are achieved.
- Refreshing User data periodically to enable IAM controls such as Leaver/Mover, User Access Review etc.
- Extracting and uploading User lists to Onecert while adhering to established processes.
- Collaborating with external teams to source User lists and implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
- Mitigating risk pertaining to IAM processes and demonstrating strong teamwork and communication.
Additionally, the successful candidate will undertake periodical reviews and exercises related to application security for compliance with current procedures and processes.
Responsibilities also include effectively identifying, escalating, mitigating and resolving risk, conduct and compliance matters.
- Displaying exemplary conduct and living by Group Values and Code of Conduct.
- Emboding highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct.
As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will lead IAM Data Services team to achieve outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.
