We are seeking a Façade Access Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our Façade Engineering team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on façade access systems, design expertise, and strategic guidance on complex projects.

You will work closely with our design team to integrate façade access systems into project designs, lead the design process to achieve optimal cost, aesthetic impact, and functionality while following best health and safety practices.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing façade access strategy reports at key stages of project design
  • Preparing Employer's Requirements Documentation and System Specifications for façade access and façade replacement systems
  • Reviewing contractor drawings and inspecting site throughout the construction process to ensure compliance to spec, design intent, and relevant legislation
  • Managing multiple façade access consulting projects simultaneously and working directly with clients
  • Conducting research on industry trends and currently available technologies used in façade access

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of having worked with façade access systems, either within a consultancy or from a contractor's role
  • Demonstrable knowledge of façade access systems, their performance, and operation, as well as current engineering standards, practices, regulations, and legislation
  • An enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a relevant academic background
  • Competence in AutoCAD and/or Revit and 3D design software

The ideal candidate will be located in Noida or Bangalore and will have the ability to travel as required.
